Our Story
The CHIC Story: Island Hospitality, Done Properly
I grew up in Dominica, in a small family home shop. It taught me early what every good small business knows: margins are thin, efficiency matters, and people remember how you treat them.
That lesson followed me through 15 years as a cruise-line agent and tour operator across Dominica and Saint Lucia, managing inter-island ferry services between both islands, and ten years with Sandals Resorts. Every role had one thing in common: a genuine zest for service.
After Covid, I started CHIC to do what I know best, in a part of travel I know from the inside. Hotels, cruise ships, drivers, guides and timing are the details I've spent my career getting right.
Here is what that means for you:

- A real person from the first message. We're on WhatsApp, and you hear from us directly before and during your trip.

1. How do we plan our trip?
Message us on WhatsApp or book a 15-minute call. We reply within about 30 minutes and match your plans to your budget.
2. What do you recommend in Saint Lucia?
Start with our signatures: Chocolate, Rum & Rafts, the Street Party, and airport transfers. They combine well and save you time and money.
3. Can you arrange other activities?
Yes. Through our concierge service we have organised helicopter rides, ATV trips, catamaran cruises, horseback riding, and river rafting for our groups. Tell us what you want.
4. Where do you pick up?
We cover all areas of Saint Lucia.
5. How big are your groups, and are children welcome?
One to three couples, up to six guests per run. Children are welcome.
6. What's included?
It varies by tour. Each tour page lists exactly what's included.
7. What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
8. How do we pay?
By PayPal, by US bank wire transfer, or book and pay directly on our site with no add-on fees. Private group bookings have a separate deposit policy: a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 7 days before arrival.
